• Orders may be canceled only before the item has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
   
• We currently do not accept returns or exchanges due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products.
   
• All sales are considered final once shipped.
   

• All custom orders require full payment upfront.

• Custom order payments are non-refundable once production has begun.
   

• We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
   
• Orders are processed within an average of three (3) business days before shipping.
   
• Processing times may be extended by one additional day during U.S. holidays.
   
• All orders are shipped via USPS.
   
• Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the carrier.
   

• Each product is described in detail on our Site. It is the customer’s responsibility to read product descriptions carefully before purchase.
   
• Our candles and other handmade items undergo rigorous testing to ensure safety and quality. However, we are not responsible for misuse, user error, or failure to follow provided safety instructions.
   
• Our candles may contain coconut, soy, and beeswax. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details to avoid allergic reactions.
   
• Products are for their intended use only. Blackthorn & Brew Co. is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse or negligence.
